The Tripp Trapp high chair arrived well packaged, and the delivery was speedy. The price was the best I found and in the colour I wanted. I subsequently ordered the same chair for my other daughter and accidentally selected the wrong colour - I emailed customer services that evening and they replied immediately the following morning saying they had adjusted my order for me: incredible service, not common with other companies in my experience!
