I've emailed with Support continuously for a few weeks now since purchasing our classic camera and add-on camera. I was able to set up a warranty for the classic camera since it has the serial number, but the add-on camera does not have a serial number on the camera itself, the box or paperwork provided with it. I've gone back and forth with support for awhile now and it's been frustrating, especially when you need to complete the warranty submission within 30 days of purchase. Needs a better process or information included for add-on cameras, not just the main cameras. Otherwise, classic camera has been working fine and I was able to set up the warranty for that one at least. Really need the add-on camera warranty figured out, especially when the warranty submission form serial number field is required.
