I have received my delivery days late, on Sunday night and wrote Tiny Organics because the dry ice had evaporated and the food was defrosted and too warm for safe consumption. I have not hear back over 60 hours later. I also reached back on Facebook to no avail. I liked the food when it arrived frozen but to take my money and not respond for multiple days is not acceptable. I can understand shipping delays but it’s very poor service to keep charging your customers but not help them when your shipping goes wrong.

Worst customer service experience

This review will probably get deleted but I am posting anyway. I got frustrated with slow erratic shipping and lack of customer service so I wrote a comment on their Instagram page. The comment was deleted and when I asked why, they blocked me. I contacted all 3 co-founders and they all blocked me. This is a horrible company and I’ve been able to get the word out for parents to avoid at all costs. Especially if you need consistent, reliable shipping, and a customer-centered experience.

Great food. If I ever got it. Horrible service.

Customer service is awful. No one responds. I’ve emailed them over and over. I am supposed to get weekly orders and I haven’t received anything in almost 3 weeks. But I keep getting charged.
