Great product but that’s where it ends

Website is difficult to navigate and it’s not straightforward on what is being ordered, how much it will cost and there’s no ability to be able to chose a ship date that is reliable. Had an entire order go to waste because it was delivered when I was out of town. Also received a promo code that wouldn’t work. Product is great but you have a lot of work to do in order to make your business great.

I ordered for the first

I ordered for the first time and my package took five days to arrive so all of the food was spoiled and unedible. (It’s packed in dry ice and has a 48 hour limit) We contacted customer service and they said this was a one off incident and would send us new food. It’s been two weeks and we still haven’t received anything. I would have made it my priority to ship it asap to make it right with the customer. Now I have another example of how they seem to not be paying attention or caring how the product is received. Still haven’t even been able to try it. Very disappointing.

Mush!

We ordered a variety of bowls to try them out. Upon heating them (just as the directions said), they turn to mush. There are whole veggies in there, just turn to absolute mush. It was such a waste of money and a waste of product. Upon telling customer service how disappointed I was they told me "thanks for letting them know". You are better off going with a different company.

Zero out of two babies liked this food

I wanted to love this because I’m exhausted from steaming and chopping. I have twins with slightly different tastes, neither has taken to any of these meals. I think it’s because most meals are a mushy mash (not like fresh textured meals seen in photos) after the freezing reheating process and they didn’t like eating mush with their hands after eating small diced foods. I tried different temperatures, settings, and even thawing - but ultimately, I couldn’t get them to eat the food unless I put it on toast or cooked it into a pancake which is much more work than advertised. I ended up getting adult frozen organic Amy’s meals for the same price as these tiny cups and then chopping that to size which was less work and they liked it much better for a fraction of the price.
