Order, packaging and shipping was great but the food was not good, didn’t have any flavor. My 2 year old son wouldn’t eat any of it and he’s not a picky eater. Maybe would be good for a new eater but it has sunflower oil which I wouldn’t give to a little baby very often. Also I wish I would’ve thought about how to heat them up, microwave would be most logical but that’s toxic and so then your taking 10 mins to heat up the food over the stove and I could’ve just made something for him, so not as convenient as I’d hoped.

Worried about quality control after food sparked in microwave and smelled funny. No reassurance from the company.

The look of the frozen food was unappetizing to my child. Not colorful, brown and lumpy. The pieces are cut very small. This is better for 12+ months and up. Baby knew the difference between this food and homemade.

I received the information on my upcoming order which was not the order I had changed. When I call to inform them of this I was told they fill the orders so fast change your order is not always correct. Customer relations disaster for me and I no longer order from them.
