Really wanted love Tiny but the delayed shipping and inconsistent customer support. Telling me things would be shipping asap and then repeatedly not shipped. I waited a month for an order that I never received that they claimed they sent but blamed it on fedex which I get fedex can screw up but after repeated delays and no great solutions, I can’t chance having to wait a month after $140 charge to never receive baby food. While waiting, I was able to receive a shipment from Little Spoon out of desperation of needing food as a single working parent.

The food is great, but the complete lack of reliability and communication is the reason I canceled my subscription. It's too bas because we loved the meals, but now knowing when we would receive them and not being able to plan was a huge issue.

The food is great! It was a perfect option for baby-led weaning or starting solids. Lots of flavors, good portions, and food generally cut to the right size. We loved the variety and the many options. However, the processing and delivery is so terrible that I have cancelled the service. Sometimes we go weeks without a delivery, or the food arrives warm with no sign of the dry ice. The final straw was when the food was shipped without warning and arrived when we were out of town - and this was the second time this happened. The account management system is basically non-existent. If you do not travel and do not depend on the service as your child's main food source, this could be good for you. Otherwise, you'll be losing money.

the products are great but the service is extremely poor, with failure to ship them out on time or at all

We do baby led weaning for our 10 month old and he eats pretty much everything we feed him. Sadly he refused 10 of the 12 different meals we tried. Packaging and branding is adorable, food sounded like it’d be good, but it was a waste since he didn’t eat anything but the oatmeal.
