The food is excellent, but customer service is extremely slow; in addition, there are constant order/delivery delays and glitches of the web order system, which is extremely frustrating.

The sizes are much smaller than they appear in photos making the value a bit lower than expected. Some of the items were not really a texture for picking up by my child as they were too mushy or small (quinoa for example). She has enjoyed about 40% of the flavors but probably not enough for me to buy again. I appreciate that it is organic and convenient but wish it were a bit tastie and economical.

Convenient but my 9month old is totally uninterested. Very bland flavors, I don’t blame him.
