Good food, bad service
The food itself is good. But the customer service is slow (there is no instant online chat or phone number. Their email response will take at least 2 days or they don't even reply) and not as professional as other food subscription provider (e.g. Yumi or Little Spoon). Also, although it says it normally ships within 2~4 business days after each charge, the shipment window varies a lot and is very unstable(some times the next day, some times can be up to almost 2 weeks).
