Misrepresented the product

Even though this is the exact width as my staircase and is tightened all the way, it is so floppy that my baby can crawl right under it! Also, the color looked off-white in the photos and it is really a dirty looking tan. I bought one on sale and it was final sale and now I am stuck with it. So disappointed to waste this much money on something designed for safety that is not safe at all.
