I am so beyond disappointed with this company. I have had no success in getting my issue resolved. I ordered a beautiful bubble from this company and when it arrived I realized it was way too small (sizing is way off) I followed the companies instructions to return item and it has been MONTHS since item was returned. I have completely given up on return and I will never order from this company again.
