If there was a button for Amazing serivce I would have hit that one! Samantha went OUT OF HER WAY to provide exceptional customer service when my car seat went missing in shipping. She communicated with me every step along the way and made sure that my daughter received my gift of the car seat before my Grand Baby arrived in a few weeks.
