Purchased a Stokke chair and had an issue with the chair parts (which is not technically a snuggle bugz issue). Snuggle Bugz customer care went above and beyond to help me get a replacement, I received it two days later. It was a wonderful experience and am very grateful!

It was a pleasure to work with this company. I bought a stroller for my daughter-in-law and son. I was told what to buy and made the purchase on line. I missed the delivery attempt even though I was home (that’s another review) so phoned Snuggle Bugz and spoke to an actual person. She gave me all the options regarding new delivery options, was very kind and efficient. The customer service was top notch and a pleasure to deal with their staff.
