We ordered a Baby Brezza sterilizer from Snuggle Bugz and had it shipped to our home. When the box was opened, we found the base of the unit was damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted Snuggle Bugz Customer Service and explained the situation. Kris from Customer Service responded and quickly solved the problem and arranged for me to exchange the damaged item with a new replacement.
