We just set up our Perch Loft Bed. The bed seems well designed and looks great, as advertised. One of the three boxes to build the bed took a little longer to arrive than the others but Joseph at customer support was great. The boxes arrived looking a bit beat up but everything was well-protected inside. We are very happy with the bed and our daughter looks forward to her first night in her perch.

We adore this bed! Only wish they had two versions, like this low profile one and a high profile version. The mattress we purchased for this bed frame was a bit too high. So the headboard isn’t as high and the guard rail isn’t high enough. But it’s such a beautiful bed frame so we are just making it work. We purchased two rail guards and kind of nailed them together to make it higher and also now have a pillow railing under the sheet to keep our 3 almost 4 year old from falling out of bed.

Excellent website

I recently purchased the ladder conversion kit for our twin bunk beds - overall we love these products! They are well made, packaged thoughtfully, and the customer service is responsive! My only issue was last time we were short two screws. Thankfully we had some spare parts from another product on hand and were able to make it work. I know they would have mailed the part to me but I needed the project completed ASAP, ha! We live in a city apartment and the bunk beds are PERFECT - high style, high function, streamlined for smaller spaces.
