I’m unable to review the

I’m unable to review the dresser itself yet because it still hasn’t been delivered. The first delivery arrived late and was severely damaged and should not have been delivered in that condition. A replacement was arranged, but the second scheduled delivery was also cancelled after a delivery window had already been confirmed. I appreciate Nurture& customer service for working with me to resolve the issue—they have been responsive and helpful. However, the third-party delivery company’s handling and scheduling have been very disappointing. I would recommend ordering several months in advance (4–5 months, especially if pregnant) to allow extra buffer time in case of delivery delays or damage.

After only 2 months, it

After only 2 months, it started making a really loud clunking noise every time I opened and closed the recliner. Great customer service though, because they are sending me another one. Hopefully the next one is better!

Since the dresser came assembled,

Since the dresser came assembled, we paid extra for the dresser to be delivered upstairs which is only up two flights of stairs. The delivery company received some kind of mix up and was only told to bring it to the front door. Me being 22 weeks pregnant cannot help my husband bring it up stairs. The box it came in was severely damaged. When we opened the box the dresser was damaged (thankfully minor and on the back). We complained and the customer service team refunded us the delivery fee but it still meant we had to figure out own way of bringing it upstairs.

The glider is great but

The glider is great but the delivery experience was beyond shady. The delivery team tried to leave it outside, not even on the porch. When we asked them to bring it inside, they very reluctantly did so. When we asked if they could move it to the nursery, they checked the notes and said that wasn't included, but that they could if we paid them extra in cash. When we asked how much they just said "how much do you want to pay?" It all felt so shady. I wish for the price of the items, a delivery option was included, even if it was extra to fully assemble/put together items in the room of your choice and clear the boxes. It's not easy for someone heavily pregnant. I still have the dresser sitting downstairs and will have to separately hire someone to bring that up which feels insane when I spent over $2k on items from Nurture
