Shipping was easy and came earlier than expected. No issues with the product so we didn't have to deal with customer service.

I cannot say enough how great this company is and how amazing their customer service is (shout out to Jazmin)! I had an issue with my chair squeaking and she helped me through the warranty process and kept me updated every step of the way. I would 100% order from them again and I absolutely love my chair! Wish more companies had such great service!!
