I had an item on preorder in my order, which took a while to get shipped. But communication about where it is at and when it will ship has been stellar and very transparent.

It was very good. Once the dragon was mailed however it was put in my mailbox, which caused me lots of confusion as I did not think it would be delivered there, but at my front doorstep. But no matter, it was in great shape and the receiver loved his new toy.
