Shipping and packaging were top notch. The packaging IS SO ADORABLE! Themed to depend on which pal you bought. They just outdid themselves. It's that last little detail that I was just mindblown about. SO cute and for older kids it's an extra step towards getting their friend!

Shipping was fast however, the life of Bandit didn't last long. We have tried to replace the batteries but that didn't seem to help. Disappointed we spend so much money on a something that didn't last 30 days for us.
