So far happy with the products but am a little disappointed in the site information. Size N nappies are listed the same as Size 1 2-5Kg. However after trying Size N (-4-5Kg) on our 3 week old daughter we realised that we required Size 1 as the Size N leaked and did not fit well enough. There did not appear to be any guide or FAQ to explain the differences between Size N and Size 1 and the weights are listed as the same.

The nappies are good quality, but what got me upset (and I decided not to purchase Naty anymore) is the return policy. I was on the subscription and my son outgrew the nappies very quickly during a growth spurt, so I still had 2 unopened packages, which I wanted to return. Turns out, it has to be sent to Denmark, which cost me £12.10. Not sure how it's possible, when I purchased these in the UK. But definitely not worth it.

We loved Naty Nappies to Begin with. They seemed like the best fit of all the sustainable nappies we tried and not too expensive, but in a pack of nappies I would say at least 5 were broken- the attaching bands had to ripped to come apart which meant they weren’t going to last long on a wriggly baby. We persisted as we loved the fit but this happened again and again.

Every time I used these nappies for my newborn, they leaked. I really really wanted to like these, as I really loved that they are eco-friendly, but having my newborn sleep with a damp back because her nappy had leaked again? Just not worth it.

Wanted to use biodegradable nappies and these proved to be the best (after sampling every brand available ) only trouble is they didn’t hold when baby started sleeping through the night he always woke up wet through - also wish they were available in more high street supermarkets
