Poor customer service
The nappies are good quality, but what got me upset (and I decided not to purchase Naty anymore) is the return policy. I was on the subscription and my son outgrew the nappies very quickly during a growth spurt, so I still had 2 unopened packages, which I wanted to return. Turns out, it has to be sent to Denmark, which cost me £12.10. Not sure how it's possible, when I purchased these in the UK. But definitely not worth it.
