Helping out
I am a new grandma who has watched new parents struggle to do the right thing for the environment. Washable Terry nappies, which they were trying, however well designed, can be hard work so I bought some Naty as a readily available backup. So now we have a compromise, with Naty for time at grandma’s, days out and any other time when terries are just too challenging. Naty meet so many of the criteria for being less damaging to the environment. The washing and drying process for trendy terries is so hard in electricity now the weather has changed that I think we need to consider Attenborough’s simple advice: don’t waste, whether resources or materials.
