Sizing is off

I ordered pull-ups and the regular ones. The straps on the regular ones have absolutely no stretch so they were too small. The pull-up style ones were nice at the waist, however they didn't have enough coverage around the bum so one side or the other would always end up as a wedgie in his bum. I would have loved the pull-up style if only they had more coverage on the bum. The other ones are a bit bulky and need work on stretch around the tummy area and the straps. I couldn't use the non pull-up ones. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again.

Missing 75% of my order for a month. No refund. No replacement.

My order has been placed on March 20th. It was shipped in two packages. I've received 2 out 8 packs of diapers. I've filed multiple requests to customer support. The latest one is #32528. The replies are "waiting for reply from QA", "waiting for reply from warehouse". The package is lost by UPS for a month already. This is between UPS and Naty. The seller files the claim to UPS in such cases. In the mean time the seller refunds or replaces. This is how it suppose to work. This is how the reputation is build. In witch world the lost package should be a client's problem? Who would want to shop at naty.com after such irresponsibility?

Wrong diapers that I could not return or exchange

Friendly, but completely unaccommodating customer service left me stuck with a purchase my kid could not use. I could neither exchange nor return my purchase unless I paid $40+ in shipping costs. Turned me off from the company forever unfortunately.
