I ordered some pacifiers for my daughter after being looking for them for a few months, she’s been using them since she was born, now she’s 10mo. The first time i bought them for 0 and 3+ so all my bases were covered, then she started to lose them and i couldn’t find any of them, i try to order more and they were sold out, in the meantime i try with different brand. . even if they look almost the same she didn’t want them, so when i found out nanobébé has them on stock again i ordered 2 packs of 4 each, BUT the day i supposed to get them delivered nothing happened, because my address wasn’t correct, so i contacted them and let them know my problem and mistake wanting to know what can i do and a few min i got and answer, telling me that if i want as soon they get the package back they can reship it or refund it if i decide to order another, SO i decided to wait for it, it took a week or week and a half to get it back with them letting me know everything that was happening during the process. Now: will i order from them again? Of course, will i recommend the brand? ABSOLUTELY YES!!
