This is a good product, clear picture and audio, excellent breathing tracking and a few nice ways to view your nights data. One minor upgarde would be a plot of teh brathing rate. However, I have already bought the camera and the software upgrade: turn off the blasted invasive, obstructive, and persistent marketting. I would not advise the camera to others on account of this. Infuriating!

Overall the product is very good, easy to setup and relatively problem free for the most part, however there are sometimes small issues with the unit losing connectivity or video feed going janky that require the occasional power off/on. With that said, we’re 10 months in and have used the Nanit every single night, most of those with the breathing wear, and despite some of the smaller annoyances, the overall reliability and quality of the experience really is great. The travel kit is great too for some peace of mind whilst on holiday. The cost is high, but the value is justified - though we haven’t tried any other cameras, we’re unlikely to swap and would recommend Nanit to any new parents.

bribing customers with 15% coupon is bad business practice and you should feel bad

The video quality and delay made the product useless. The additional price hike for the stand isn't justifiable given the build quality is flimsy.

Insights premium must be purchased in a one off payment after 1 year, if you don’t purchase it you lose all of your memories and access to videos, very disappointing.
