Processing, shipping too slow

This product was never delivered. I submitted a support request over a week ago and I have not received any response. I am so disappointed.

trying to return the items i purchased sine they do not fit and have been waiting for someone o respond to my email with this request

Horrible. You claim all of your products are made in Denmark but you lied—they’re made in China!!! Bait n switch! Now I can’t get anyone to reply to my request for a refund!
