Poor customer service.

I felt your website was horrible when ordering multiple items.

It was a gift.

Horrible customer service. They completely inconvenienced me and were holding 44$ hostage of mine over incorrect products they sent out and were notified about. Did not offer to send a courier and arrange for package pick up. I’ll never spend money here again.

First time purchasing and the towel shredded in the wash.
