Responsiveness once a replacement is requested from customer follow-up has diminished from what it used to be

With the new updates, the new customer was able to purchase separate toys that were previously included, but the existing customer was not able to purchase the new toys. This is unfair for the parents who already bought the old version. Buying the new one is not reasonable because I already have half of the toys that are re-arranged. This should be addressed.

No customer service whatsoever

Over-priced and over-rated products. Not worth the money.
