Love, love the jacket! The hat however, does not stay on :(

My children /grandchildren absolutely love the products. Cozy, soft, comfy, washes well! One thing though, the snaps on the back, by the torso, are too high, which makes it challenging to change the baby's diaper. Can you please consider making it a bit lower? My item never arrived

Stretchy is very tight, it's impossible to pull the sleeve on. that's after opening the seam as much as possible. I bought the same size stretchy as I buy from all other companies, and your stretchy fits all over, its a pity that I can't use it. Please make sleeves a bit wider, as i like the quality and fir of your clothes but the way it runs I can't buy it again.
