Service was great. Initially the usb cable wasn't working but I contacted the customer service team through chat and I received a new usb cable within a few days. The representative was very helpful. I had a usb cable that worked in the meantime

Love the products but a bit expensive. Milk dispenser is great to use but struggling to open it to wash and refill.

Waste of money. Should of just bought a regular thermal bottle
