Disappointing

Its been 7 weeks since my order. I still dont have it with me, I emailed customer service- no response. I tracked it down to the Emirates Postal Service- my parcel has been sitting at customs since a month since seller did not provide my contact number and also provided the incorrect / incomplete address. Now I dont know how much longer I have to wait for my items.
