First time ordering because of a 40% sale that ended the day I ordered. A day or so later I received an email saying sorry the item you ordered is not in stock we have refunded your payment. So instead of seeing if I wanted a different colour of what I ordered of what was actually In stock I now have to wait for my money to come back and the sale is also over. Very disappointing and I decided to order what I wanted from elsewhere instead.

Although i received my online order promptly, my questions re discounts not being applied and return process were hard to get answered. Firstly, I purchased 3 bras which I'm sure there was a 20% off sale on purchasing 3 at the time. This discount was never applied and I didn't notice at time of purchase. When I queried this via email I received a weird response about 'the issue not being known'. After some back and forth I was informed that the discount didn't apply to the bras that I bought and directed to the website. There is no mention of any offer on the website- it must have already ended. Also I needed to put through a return of one item. Your returns sheet directed me to call first. When I called the lady was very hard to hear and also understand. She told me to do step 2 which was to return via parcel post or post office. This process was not easy. I still haven't received notification that my return has been received nor received the refund.

I didnt get 2 of the products I ordered online. The email I got said I had cancelled those products from the order eveen though I hadnt! I did get a refund back. The third product I purchased was a belly support belt for pregnancy which is very uncomfortable and doesn't support the belly what so ever. It is a shame it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons as clearly stated on the Mamaway receipt. Such a waste of time and money.

Order still hasn’t been delivered. No customer care to follow up weather it’s been delivered or not but fast asking for a rating. Customer care = failed

Tried exchanging an item ordered as was too small and customer service was not helpful or very service orientated at all. Other products fitted well But I will not be buying again due to poor exchange policy
