My 2 month old baby was still waking up every 2 hours to eat. We tried an arms out swaddle and I noticed she naturally slept with her arms up. So, I impulsively bought the Love to Dream swaddle thinking that anything was worth a try. We tried it the night it arrived and all of a sudden she slept 8 hours through the night!!!
