Great program, well worth the money. I started using with my 11 month old who was still waking every 2 hours during the night. After only 3/4 weeks he is now sleeping 7pm til 4:30am - 9 hours without waking!

Absolute life saver! Started this program when my LO was 4m going through the 4m regression. My son is sleeping so well now, from 7-7 on the first night! He goes down so easily without any rocking or tears, just simply place him down in his cot and he is out! We can plan outings now around his schedule!

Amazing to get baby and family on a routine schedule!

The program has really helped me to know my babies awake windows. Before the program I was guessing and it wasn’t working - I was fighting her to go to sleep now she will fall straight to sleep. My 3 month old sleeps 7pm-2am then wakes at 630-7am. I do wish you could contact someone directly for help rather than the village as I found a lot of posts don’t have replies. Looking forward to purchasing the nutrition program.
