Decided not to follow through

After reading through the guide I decided not to follow through with the plan for personal reasons. I wish I could return the product and hire a consultant instead but refunding only works if you try following the suggest strategy first (hence I am taking away one star). Otherwise it seems like a well-researched and well thought out product that many parents could benefit from.

Review of Sleep Program 3-12 months

Pros: Instructions are clearly written and are easy to understand Cons: catnapping schedules assume every baby's sleep cycle is 45 min but in reality, one cycle can be between 10 to 45 min for a young baby whose brain is not yet mature in day time sleep. Thus it is not easy to follow the schedules for an inconsistent cat napper. Recommendation: insert header/footer to display topic on each page

Great product

We have a 6 month old and a 2.5 year old. I only found this guide for the second one and the difference in how they sleep at night is massive. Baby sleeps better than the toddler! We have crazy busy lives so we are only able to loosely follow it as a guide so its taken probably a bit longer than most would and I have to do a bit of figuring out how to make it work most days but even with all that it seems to be working really well for us

Science = results

I found that the time frames suggested for napping and bedtimes were amazing. I was struggling with my 9 mth old who didn't nap... only a cat napper and woke up a ridiculous amount at night. I employed the wake up, nap time schedule and immediately had success. He still wakes up at 2-3 times a night BUT he is easy to put back to sleep. I went from having to nurse him to sleep to being able to put him down for nap times and bedtime wide awake. On the road to success!
