Great App

This Sleep program app has really helped me learn what my baby needs for healthy sleep patterns. One thing I wish would be an included service to members who have purchased a program, is at least 1 free phone call to the sleep consultants. Then once the first call has happened, charge for the second. It would be nice to have that as part of the initial program purchased.

Great information and sleep consultant support is helpful

As my bub headed into the 4 month sleep regression/progression and his sleep started to take a hit, this app provided the explanations and info to understand what was happening for him. As a mum it felt like his sleep had just fallen apart without reason - but the program assured me it was all a part of his sleep maturation, but further than that it gave us sleep principles to maintain even amidst the madness. Maintaining those principles has helped us sail out of the regression and begin building a really balanced routine to manage his sleep and awake times. We are moving into self settling, but even following the schedules of the program has improved his settling - he knows when it’s time for bed and he understands more about how to go down. It’s been very helpful using the village for specific questions, and also to see what others ask. I’d definitely recommend this program - I think me and bub would be a hot mess without it!

Awesome

We’ve been following this program as closely as we can since our daughter was born. She two months old now and sleeping 5-7 hour stretches overnight. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that sometimes it can be difficult to get a second response in a post in the Little Ones Village. They want you to put follow up questions under the same post, but don’t always respond to them. After creating a second post though, they do. It has been a great experience and I feel like I’m learning a lot.

Helpful, but not ideal

I've found the schedules invaluable to adjust my expectations of sleep according to my baby's (rapid) development. Some advise is however contradictory. While the guide states that there is no need to get rid of the pacifier unless baby is waking in the night to have it replaces, the sleep consultants said the pacifier still equals a not self-settling baby. I also dislike how the guide tries to avoid the words crying and crying it out. I was seriously confused the first time I was reading it. Took me a while to understand that in many instances crying it out is essentially what the guide suggest. I have however used the guides without letting my baby cry and they work all the same.
