4 month regression and waking for her dummy

My little girl was a perfect sleeper, putting herself to sleep with her dummy and sleeping right through, then the 4 month regression hit. I couldn’t believe my perfect sleeper, who was always happy was waking all night and being so cranky..... one night I had to put her dummy back in19 times. Exhausted, an unhappy baby and knowing I wanted to do something as quick as possible (to ensure the waking did not become habit) I bought the plan. At £30, if it didn’t work I had not lost an enormous amount of money, some plans I looked at were hundreds of pounds. Also it was money back guarantee.....what did I have to loose. I started and within 3 days my little girl slept the full night, waking only once for a feed. It took another 3 weeks and my little girl was napping great (no longer cat napping) and was back to smiling all day. 4 weeks on, I lay my little girl in the cot and she goes to sleep all by herself. Me and my husband now have so much time together again.....The guide, app and forums are so easy and helpful, I’d recommend this plan a million times over.

Love Love Love

When we had our now 9 week old our oldest daughter's was only 17 months. She was not sleeping through the night and would always end up in our bed because we were wrecked tired. I had had enough! It was having a big impact on me mentally and i felt I was strugglung through the day. I HAD to give this programme a go and I am so thankful I did!! It's not just about putting baby to bed. You also learn about the hormones involved and how naps and feeding effect the sleep pattern. On the first night my Hubby was with her for 3 hours and she cried for the majority of that time,, but she fell asleep and didn't wake till morning. The next night I was with her for half the time and she cried. On the third night she didn't cry but wanted me to stay. Before the end of that week we were able to put her down to bed after her stories and she was calm and eventually put herself to sleep. The tears were awful of course but in the long run it was totally worth as she is much more rested and happier for it!! Myself and Hubby aren't complaining either of course! I feel it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders as when my husband was working evenings I was struggling to get her to sleep while keeping the new baby calm. I have even gone and bought the 3 to 12 month programme for the smallie so that we are prepared for what's ahead! Thank you Littleones!!
