Highly recommend!

Hey guys! Just want to say I can’t recommend you enough. Your program has revolutionised our babies sleep! She’s been a good sleeper since day 1, but we had a lot of day/night confusion. She’s now 10 weeks old and sleeping 7-5 most nights then back down till 7!! Granted that doesn’t happen every night, but I wouldn’t expect it to. So happy with our purchase, and will keep recommending you to friends!! As a frn I was definitely not thinking I would be getting this much sleep each night, and getting a few hours to myself most days when she naps! Thank you so so much 😁😁❤️

Fantastic Framework

I followed slightly different sleep guidelines with my first baby but, having heard great things about the Little Ones programme, decided to try it for my second baby. Quite a lot of it hasn't been able to be applied as my baby has severe food allergies which means her sleep is often disrupted by pain and medical needs. However, I have still found the programme incredibly helpful in terms of giving me awake windows and nap times to aim for and also, more importantly, enabled me to try and form the best sleep habits and associations that I can even within the difficulties we face. Hopefully this will help us transition to independent sleep more smoothly in the future, as and when her health permits. Overall I would say that it is a programme that fully informs you and puts you in a position to make educated choices about what will work for your baby and family, whatever your situation. The Little Ones programme saved us!

My daughter had been an amazing sleeper, even as a newborn while still in hospital, she only woke twice in the night for feeds and by 7 weeks was sleeping through. She would settle with the dummy, white noise and comforter. We then hit around 3.5 months and our sleep was stolen!! She started waking every 45 minutes to 2 hours, purely for the dummy, and would only nap for 20-30 minutes a couple of times a day. We went on like this until we’d had enough around 5 months where we were so sleep deprived! I was apprehensive at first, but read through the programme over a weekend. The key thing I got from this was we needed better naps, and to ditch the dummy! We went cold turkey with the dummy on the Monday night. By Friday, my little girl slept through the night 7-6am. Once I was confident, I have adjusted the programme to suit my family and our daughter. She now has three good naps a day, and sleeps 6.30pm - 7am! This programme is amazing! It saved me from heading into a dark space of feeling down and hating motherhood. I now have a very happy 6 month old baby girl, and she has a very happy mummy! Thank you Liftle Ones!

Impressed!

After a couple of difficult weeks of persevering I now have a baby who’s bedtime is 7-7 with two feeds overnight. Naps are to plan around 90% of the time. He just seems to know what’s expected now, it’s amazing. And I have a bit of time on my hands which is a bonus! Thankyou.
