Cute a little worn looking

this vest definitely did not look "gently used" or new, as it is slightly piling and is a bit faded.

Although this is an adorable top, it was listed as a dress so I assumed I was purchasing a dress. This was definitely the top to a 2 piece set but no bloomers or pants came with. This was my first purchase and I am very hesitant to buy from them again as this was definitely not listed correctly.
