Our wagon came with a small tear in one of the seats and Keenz was quick to fix the issue and sent a replacement. Fast and efficient. Wagon is amazing

So glad we decided to go with this stroller - We purchased the 4 seater, its been great. Love that you have the option to utilize the seats or remove them. It's been a great purchase for our family to haul around our 1 year old and 6 year old to all of our families sporting events!
