I received the chair a few days after order and before the day of estimated arrival.

Excellent. We were always uptodate, liked your easy way of communication and are more then happy with the new chair. One thing you could optimize: the standard beige strap of the chair has a strange color online on your website. We weren’t sure if it’s yellowish or light greenish until it arrived. Didn’t really mind but just wanted to mention it. You guys can be really proud of your product! It’s one of a kind!
