Great service but I feel like jujube should be a little more open to feedback. There are so many ideas I’ve given over the months to IMPROVE their products and pretty much every time they take it into consideration but whatever *shrug* for example putting PLASTIC feet on the bottom of all their backpacks and bags in general. That way in case a baby gets a hold of it they won’t get hurt. Or epoxy coat the metal feet instead. Thanks

I wish shipping were a bit faster because I’m so excited to get my new purchases in hand. Otherwise I love the classic bags and especially the Disney collaborations. Keep ‘em coming please.
