It’s definitely not a company I will direct to consumer invest in. Maybe I’ll purchase it retail…but that’s a hard maybe. My package was destroyed by UPS. They sent it back to oilogic. Oilogic would not answer their “customer service line” (on multiple days mind you) and I would leave voicemails, no response. Sent emails, and only got a response after I had opened a case with PayPal. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would ship out the product immediately. Two days later I received a tracking number. It was again sent by surepost (the absolute trash cheapest shipping) took 8 days to get here, and then decided to respond to PayPal, saying the items were shipped and delivered. You are correct it was, yet not only was everything literally thrown in here, there was no care to packaging it, things were ripped, one was leaking, just trash. I don’t even care to have them replaced at this point. Received my products a month after I ordered. While it wasn't their fault what happened at ups, it took 8 days to ship my original order, and everything was handled so poorly. You couldn’t even expedite my order? Or even pack it nicely?
