It does the job but it's very expensive. It's effectively 2 pieces of plastic connected with a metal bar

Great product - disappointing complaint handling

After only about 10 uses of our brand new Joolz Day 3 one wheel fell off. The pin to connect it to the car was loose. Since our dealer did not react to our complaint, we contacted Joolz directly. The manufacturer apologized, but also told us that we were in the wrong place. After we couldn't use our pram for 10 days - which is really a challenge with a 2 month old baby - the new wheels came by mail. To be honest, we would have expected a different approach to our complaint. That material, which is so expensive, gives up so quickly is not done with a shrug of the shoulders and a half-hearted apology.

Received a broken product

At the first glance the car seat looked fine, although the packaging was damaged. Inspecting the car seat better it turned out the handle was broken, probably due to the rough handling during transport. The response from Joolz has been slow until now and it is annoying that you cannot contact them by telephone
