Requested price for a single replacement "spring clip" for Joolz Day 2015 Carrycot. Jools where quick to reply but price quoted was extortionate for such a simple item (5mm diameter bar bent into a U shape) = £19 + £10 shipping. Surface to say I did not take up their offer. Poor customer support given the premium price I initially paid for their goods.
