Excellent service. I missed out on a car seat sale by one day. I called to ask if they were going to have that particular car seat on sale again in the near future. The lovely customer service lady said she'd honor the sale price and I received my order within a couple of days! The $15 flat rate shipping was excellent. I was expecting to pay a lot more for such a heavy and bulky item. Overall, I had an excrement experience with the service provided through Infasecure!
