High Cotton Textile

I had very high expectations for this changing pad cover- especially considering the price point. However- the results are extremely disappointing. There are so many stitching flaws on the cover- seams that are already unraveling, loose threads, etc. There is no way this will survive multiple washings. It also arrived wadded up in a plastic bag so I can’t say much for the packaging either. This item took at least six weeks to arrive- with the manufacturing time, and the price, and the terrible quality, I would absolutely never purchase from this store again. I very much regret this purchase.

Accidentally hit the pay button when I had deleted an item and it did not delete. You took my money anyway. Just poor business. I would be a repeat customer but I am very disappointed at how I was treated in this matter when you could see the time ordered and the time I contacted you. No way you had began my order. I do understand why you have your policy but there needs to be exceptions.

I waited 9 weeks for subpar thread work. The stitching is falling apart. I sent photos and an email over 2 weeks ago and no response. I’ve left 2 voicemails and no callback. I’m very disappointed in the service and will be reporting to my cc for a refund!

Not happy. Not what I requested and you did not accept responsibility for the work you did on the monogram. Script is cursive not block print.
