The regular diapers with sticky tabs are terrible as they do not stick and then leak, but the customer service was good and sent me samples of the pull up style which I like! Now if only they could fix the sticky tabs for the smaller sizes.

Fantastic customer service! That part gets 5 stars. Shipping speed is quite slow compared to a competitor. The diaper doesn’t work for my baby. It has a fragrance and it gave my baby a pretty bad rash. We tried it twice and unfortunately it doesn’t work for us.

I was so excited by the prospect of an EWG certified diaper. Unfortunately these leak badly despite their claim of being capable of holding up for 12 hours. I thought maybe the first night was a fluke but after a few nights in a row of waking up to a soaked, crying baby, I will not be purchasing these again :(

I love who you guys are all about and I wanted to love the diapers but they just didn’t work. They baby smelt like pee and leaked. If I put one on during a nap it was a disaster as well. It does work if it’s a short time frame without a nap.
