We've used their diapers and diaper pants, and both the wet and dry wipes and all have been very effective and gentle. The diapering program is awesome and can be personalized to fit your needs. We love the diapers, wipes, and we are even trying the bath products. I rated it lower because there are technical issues with the website, which I've reported twice, and does not allow me to change diaper sizes with the subscription. I've had to cancel the subscription and purchase separately. It's frustrating because I really love the activity cards and now I have to request them and the cards are not in order like they were before by the age of my baby. Also, the shipping is a nightmare and always takes way longer than expected.

VERY soft! Wish it had the urine indicator on them because I think that's so helpful. Sturdy diapers, too!
