So far excellent experience with goumikids. Shipping is convenient and timely. Product (anti-scratch mitts for babies) is wonderful!! Material is so soft, and the design is so well thought out. I have been telling everyone I see about them! One type of the mittens (cotton gray and white stripe) does show wear after only a few washes on delicate cycle with cold water and tumble dry low. But still would highly recommend! Have bought more in the next size up for my baby, as well as some to gift to my pregnant sister, and some to donate to a local pregnancy center! So excited!! Have not had to use customer service yet, but I do appreciate the “thank-you” email they send to returning customers. Thoughtful touch. 😊

The only thing is when writing a review fro the womens cardigan it asks questions regarding baby sizes etc.

I will forever be a goumi fan, the quality is amazing but the customer service goes above and beyond. You guys really care for your customers.
