I had an issue with the carrier just destroying my package and still deliver it. I emailed them and they did immediately respond that they’re experiencing a delay in responding but I still heard back within a week and they resolved my issue! Thankful that if it was going to take a while to respond they at least gave me a heads up instead of just leaving me waiting!
