I bought 3 sheeting bags of various TOG ratings for my 6 month old grand daughter. We use the lighter tog for her main day time sleep & the heavier tog at night. The last pouch with an even heavier tog will be used in winter. The pouches are great. The are well made and she know when we put them on that it is sleep time. Very happy to recommend them & will be purchasing more
